Online merchants shouldn't have to choose between a single PSP and months of in-house integration work to add another. VeloxaPay was built to remove that trade-off — one API, one vault, one dashboard, every provider — so growing businesses can focus on customers instead of plumbing.
Who we are
VeloxaPay is the trading brand of HD ENTERPRISE CO., LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Our team brings together engineers, risk analysts, and payments operators from card schemes, acquirers, and global PSPs.

How we operate
VeloxaPay is a technology and orchestration platform — not a card acquirer or e-money issuer. Funds always settle through merchants' own contracted PSPs and acquiring banks. We never hold merchant or end-customer money on balance sheet, which keeps the model simple, transparent, and free of float risk.

Leadership principles
- Merchant-first. Every routing decision exists to lift authorization rates and lower the total cost of acceptance.
- Operationally boring. Payments must be predictable. We optimise for uptime, observability and graceful failover over flashy features.
- No lock-in. Our universal vault is portable. Merchants can move volume between PSPs — or away from us — without re-tokenising their book.
